Uber Technologies, Inc. and Petco Health and Wellness Company, Inc. have announced a strategic partnership that integrates Petco’s extensive range of pet supplies into the Uber Eats platform. This collaboration enables pet owners across the contiguous United States to access on-demand and scheduled delivery of pet essentials, including food, toys, and accessories, through a seamless digital experience.

This development is part of Uber Eats’ broader expansion into retail and grocery delivery services. By adding Petco’s catalog to its platform, Uber Eats aims to strengthen its position as a comprehensive delivery service catering to everyday consumer needs beyond food and restaurant orders.

Steve Janowiak, Vice President of Digital at Petco, emphasized the growing connection between people and their pets:

Users can now browse and order Petco’s products via the Uber Eats app by navigating to the “Retail” or “Pet Supplies” section. The process includes real-time order tracking, providing customers with up-to-date delivery status information.

To celebrate the launch, Uber Eats is offering an introductory promotion, allowing new and existing users to receive 40% off orders of $50 or more, with a maximum discount of $30. Uber One members, as part of their subscription benefits, will also enjoy zero delivery fees on eligible purchases.

The collaboration also introduces exclusive Petco products to the Uber Eats platform. Among these are YOULY’s seasonal collections, featuring trendy pet clothing, accessories, and treats, along with the “Started as a Bottle” line, which is crafted from recycled materials.
