Flower Station’s latest partnership with Uber Direct and Inovretail ensures faster, more efficient same-day delivery, catering to last-minute gift buyers across London.

Flower Station has launched an enhanced same-day delivery service in London through a strategic partnership with Uber Direct and Inovretail. This collaboration integrates Inovretail’s Seeplus fulfilment management platform with Uber Direct’s courier network, enabling faster and more efficient delivery for customers.
The new service allows Flower Station to process and dispatch orders within 30 minutes, accommodating last-minute gifting needs. Customers can place orders until just before store closure, ensuring flexibility even during high-demand periods. The system leverages real-time tracking and 24/7 support, enhancing the overall customer experience.
Inovretail’s Seeplus platform plays a crucial role in optimizing deliveries by considering geographical location, store capacity, and inventory levels. This ensures efficient order allocation, minimizing delays and maximizing delivery speed. The system's adaptability is particularly beneficial during peak gifting occasions such as Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day, where timely deliveries are essential.
Mia Yamaguchi, retail development lead at Uber Direct, emphasized the importance of speed in gifting services:
"Speed is of the essence for retailers like Flower Station as gifting can be time-sensitive. This need is even greater around special occasions, where the orders keep coming in right up until stores close with last-minute purchases."
Trond Kongrød, CEO of Inovretail, highlighted the technological advancements in the gifting sector:
"This collaboration is a testament to our belief in using technology to streamline and enhance the gifting process. The seamless integration of Seeplus with Uber Direct and Flower Station’s offerings marks an important step in modernising the way we think about gifting, breaking free from the constraints of seasonal peaks."
David Cohen, CEO and Founder of Flower Station, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership’s benefits for customers:
"We are thrilled that thanks to Seeplus and Uber Direct, we can scale up our delivery to our London customers. We know our customers like to send spontaneous gifts, and this solution means they have an even longer window and faster delivery to show someone they care."
